"So I was given two chain saws about a year ago. I was told they had some issues. I searched for a local company that did small engine repair and also could service these two saws that fell in my lap. After calling around to a few companies one guy told me about Burlap. He said they are the best. Once I looked them up I noticed they were right down the street from my office. Upon entering the business I was greeted with a smile and told that there would be a small deposit for them to see what my new saws needed but that would go toward my repair costs. The next day I received a call informing me of the problems and the repair costs. I opted to not repair the saws at that time and instead invested in a new saw. See pictures. A thank you goes out to all the staff. It was a pleasure and the saw's performance was awesome. I will be back."

"This is a Family owned business offering great service, Honesty and above all, INTEGRITY! Took my Ryobi String Trimmer as it seemed half dead anyway! i WAS REFERRED to Home Depot "HAVE TO SEND IT AWAY FOR 4-6 WEEKS". THEN SENT SOMEWHERE WAY OUT WEST to a Ryobi Dealer..."OH we don't service trimmers!" Finally found Burlap Landscape and Supply. They called with the diagnosis...motor dead, no motors in stock at Ryobi until Jan. They requested a replacement. It was approved by Ryobi, and received my replacement 3 days ago! These people are kind, pleasant, patient and knowledgeable! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED QUALITY BUSINESS IN LAS VEGAS!"
